Massage therapy

Massage is a therapeutic technique used to reduce tension, increase circulation and ease pain within the muscles and soft tissues of the body.

These are various types of massage available at LPP:

Hopi ear candles treatment is a technique used to stimulate ear wax and blocked sinuses to relieve pressure and discomfort within the ear and nasal areas. Hopi candles act like a chimney drawing up heat to create a vacuum like effect to create the stimulation of impurities within the ear.

Treatment takes place in a quiet relaxing environment and involves the client laying comfortably on their side. The Hopi candle is lit and placed in the outer ear until it has burnt down to a specific point, then removed and the area massaged before moving on to the next ear repeating the process. The treatment is completed with a facial massage and the client is left to relax for a short period before standing up.
