"I first met Chris in 2013 following knee replacement surgery. I left hospital with only a 60 degree bend and in a lot of pain. "Without the help of Chris I wouldn’t be able to walk for more than 5 minutes without being in pain,  I would still be on lots of heavy pain killers and I probably wouldn’t be able to work.
I have Scoliosis and I didn’t find out until in my 30’s, my lower Spine had ceased up, muscles over worked and hardened, I had muscles which had deteriorated, I was in a mess. 

I had NHS physiotherapy on and off for 3 years and in the end, they told me not to return as they couldn’t help me. Within months of seeing Chris I was off pain killers, I could walk
upright and my quality of life had improved greatly.  I still see Chris now after 5 years for maintenance on my back and spine. Chris also became my personal trainer which also helped me in my recovery and in my health and fitness goals.

"I met Chris after having an emergency operation for a prolapsed disc after years of back pain.  My operation went well although I developed a post op infection and Discitis causing a lateral shift in my torso. I was unable to stand up straight, in extreme pain and could not do basic daily tasks such as getting dressed. With my wedding 6 months away I could not envisage being able to walk down the aisle.

 

Chris worked wonders with intense physio and an exercise programme which meant that I was standing tall and proud on my wedding day. Training with Chris is an enjoyable experience.  He will slowly condition you and make sure your training is perfect for your goals using your specific capabilities.  It doesn’t mean high levels of pain, Chris is a huge advocate of sustainable improvements and achievable goals.
